A delightful spring and frisee greens salad topped with prosciutto
and crispy deep fried portabello mushrooms, topped with Hidden
Valley Robusto Creamy Caesar Dressing.

Ingredients:
Ingredient Weight Measure
Hidden Valley Robusto Creamy Caesar Dressing    20 oz.  
Crispy Portabello  20 oz.    
Spring Greens Mix  15 oz.    
Frisee Greens  5 oz.    
Prosciutto di Parma, sliced thinly  8 oz.    
Ingredients - Crispy Portabello      
Portabello, medium sized, sliced  20 oz.    
AP Flour    2 cups  
Salt, Kosher    2 Tbsp  
Black Pepper    2 Tbsp.  
Olive oil    2 cups  


 Methods:
1  Place spring greens and frisee onto plate.  
2  Arrange crispy portabello and Prosciutto on top of greens.  
3  Drizzle with Hidden Valley Robusto Creamy Caesar dressing.  
4  Place 1/2 olive oil into saute pan.  
5  Dredge sliced portabello into seasoned flour.  
6  Deep fry until golden brown.  
7  Repeat with remainder of olive oil and sliced portabellos.
